After more than a decade in the technology recruitment industry, Clint saw the need for a search partner that values precision, transparency, and long-term relationships over volume-based recruiting.
His experience spans software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data, and cyber security recruitment for some of Australia’s fastest-growing startups and leading enterprises. Known for his hands-on approach, Clint personally partners with hiring managers and engineers alike to ensure both sides of the table are heard and understood.
When he’s not consulting on hiring strategy or coaching recruiters, Clint contributes to local tech communities, mentors junior professionals, and advocates for ethical recruitment practices.
